Job Description
Role Summary:
The intern will gain knowledge of Technical Project Management at VW. This will include the processes for evaluating and implementing features within VW products, as well as the systems/tools used.
Supporting with pre-production builds, the intern will gain an understanding of the change management process and the launch of new products.
Role Responsibilities:
- Align the technical requirements for future features implementation for Chattanooga Projects
- Report the technical requirements in Product Committees on behalf of Engineering
- Act as the liaison for Engineering for open tasks in various Product Committees
- Support in tracking/closing open pre-production issues (such as Buildability and Bill of Material errors) for future products
- Help the Technical Project Management team in developing advanced project management tools
