Role Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and tracking relevant engineering changes for new vehicle launches and existing vehicle model year changes.
- This involves meticulous documentation and coordination to ensure all modifications are accurately recorded and implemented.
- Support vehicle testing using step-by-step test cases and freestyle/customer-type testing, which includes both structured and exploratory approaches to thoroughly evaluate vehicle performance and reliability.
- Implement test automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency, leveraging technology to reduce manual effort and enhance the precision and consistency of test results.

Skills
- Python, GUI development
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering
- Must be enrolled at a university/college or graduation date must be within the last six months, pursuing or completed a bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Shows interest in and demonstrates knowledge of cars and the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Detail oriented with a high level of organizational skills
- Able to work on a team and independently on specific assigned tasks
- Fluent in English; German and Spanish knowledge are preferable
- Experience in an international environment is desirable
