GUEST SERVICES - RECEPTIONIST/CASHIER (EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS)

We are seeking a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This position will is responsible for: handling payment transactions from sales and service customers, reconciling payments at the end of a shift, cleanliness of customer lounge, and some light filing. The receptionist also answers overflow phone calls to the dealership.
This position is part-time (15-25 hours/week in the evenings and on Saturdays). The starting compensation for this position is $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Assist guests during the checkout process by accepting payments (cash, checks and credit card payments) and properly accounting for monies received.
- Make change accurately and issue receipts.
- Answer overflow phone calls and direct calls to the proper department.
- Handle guest concerns diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
- Operate multi-line switchboard telephone system.
- Communicate with guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed.
- Perform basic accounting responsibilities and reconcile payments/receipts at close of business.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends.
- Ability to communicate guests' interests needs and requests to management, service and sales personnel.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Submit to a background check.
