We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to join our team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans or buses, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable journey.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle before and after each trip.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, delays, or any issues that may arise during transit.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers.
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns is advantageous for efficient navigation.
