As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be part of our team that represents the Volkswagen Group in applied research and development, driving change by developing innovative applications of machine learning/deep learning techniques.
You will work with cutting-edge technologies to create bold new ideas for the Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and Porsche brands. This role requires 3 days/week onsite work and involves integrating modules into real cars, ensuring testability, and proving safety.
We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, forecasting, transformers, CNNs, and building data models. You will need to maintain and enhance existing machine learning modules, design new approaches, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and collaborate with engineers worldwide.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 6-8 years of professional experience
- 4 years of Deep Learning experience
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Our ideal candidate has strong knowledge of different machine learning algorithms, including deep learning techniques and frameworks. They should also have expertise in computer vision, NLP, and neural network architectures.
