Merchandiser

We are a family-owned company based in Gustine, TX, specializing in the production and sale of our own glass-bottled milk. We offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated merchandiser to enhance our sales through effective point-of-purchase and shelf management services. This role will primarily focus on serving the Midland and Odessa Market, as well as the surrounding cities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain optimal product displays by regularly inspecting store shelves
• Remove any damaged or expired products from the shelves
• Ensure shelves are organized and presentable
• Monitor and replenish point-of-sale (POS) materials as needed
• Adjust order quantities based on sales trends and demand
• Foster positive relationships with store managers
• Address basic customer complaints in a professional manner

You would be using your own car for this job.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $140.00 - $180.00 per day
