Our programs remove barriers to athletic participation such as gender, skill, and financial resources while bringing different communities together.
Founded and headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland in 2015, Volo Kids is a community-based organization working to use the power of play to build communities of active, resilient, and confident kids. Since its inception, Volo Kids has served thousands of kids nationwide. Our sports programs are powered by over 5,000 volunteers across the country.

This internship is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to build their portfolio in digital content creation while gaining valuable hands-on experience in social media management.
Responsibilities
- This individual will be responsible for content capture, content plans, engagement, and strategy of the local city Instagram page.
- This individual will be responsible for researching the industry's latest trends.
- This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases Volo Kids programming.
- This individual will work with the local team and national team to edit and refine content to be shared that aligns with the Volo Kids brand.
- This individual will analyze performance metrics of social media posts and provide insights for improvement.
- Work as a site lead at one of our programs.
- Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated individual seeking internship hours.
- Proficiency in content creation, including photography and video editing skills
- Knowledge and experience with CapCut, Premier Pro, Canva, or other video editing software
- Ability to use their camera and/or iPhone for content capture
- Pass a background check (we will provide)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
