Job Summary:
The Canvassing Specialist is responsible for learning about the company, products, and services. They will engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods to identify home renovation needs and generate qualified leads by scheduling free consultations. Standard working hours are 10:00 am to 6:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

- Gain new customers through canvassing local neighborhoods.
- Conduct face-to-face discussions with potential customers about their home renovation needs.
- Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential home solutions
- Serve as a consultant, providing valuable product knowledge to qualifying homeowners
- Generate new leads through various prospecting activities, including community events, phone calls, canvassing, networking, social media, and customer referrals.
- Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting.
- Support marketing events, including home shows, community days and company-sponsored events.
- Meet and/or exceed lead generation goal
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, marketing, canvassing, or customer service preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Outgoing and not afraid to approach and converse with prospective clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Available Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Professional attitude and appearance.
