Volpe Enterprises, a premier design-build firm specializing in Kitchen, Bathroom, Basement, Laundry, and Addition Remodels, seeks a highly organized and client-focused Selections Coordinator to join our team. The Selections Coordinator will guide clients through the materials selection process, ensuring their choices align with the project's design vision, budget, and timeline. This role serves as a critical link between the design team, clients, estimating, and project managers, helping to deliver exceptional results and a seamless remodeling experience.
Responsibilities :
- Client Consultations :
Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, fixtures, and other design elements for their remodeling projects.
Ensure choices remain within the established project budget.
Maintain detailed records of all client selections, including product specifications, model numbers, and finishes.
Maintain and update showroom displays with current product offerings, ensuring an inspiring and professional space for client meetings.
Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of selections into project plans.
Handle any discrepancies or issues related to materials, such as delays or defects, and work with suppliers to resolve them efficiently.
