Volpe Enterprises is hiring Foreman Interior Residential Construction to join our growing team.
Volpe Enterprises is a full-service/design-build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add several positions to our Interior Production team in North Wales, PA.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Arriving on time with tools, ready to work
- Maintain a clean and safe job site and work environment
- Ability to lead the remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms basements, additions, and other residential remodeling projects
- Ability to make independent decisions and work unsupervised
- Take direction from and work with Project Managers to keep the project on schedule
- Ability to read and understand floor plans, elevations, and job binders
- Maintain our standard of a high quality finished product
- Uphold company vision, core values, and standards
- Willingness to learn, grow your skills, and teach others
- Ability to build a professional and positive relationship with clients
- Maintenance & completion of punch lists
- Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, field staff, company-wide, training, etc.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential remodeling/building
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a drug test
