We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Volpe Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of outdoor living spaces, including decks, porticos, pergolas, and porch roofs.

Your Responsibilities:
- Leadership of the construction team to ensure timely completion and budgetary compliance.
- Site visits to assess feasibility, scope of work, and client needs.
- Maintenance of effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and the production team.
- Utilization of project management software to track project progress, manage materials, and maintain quality control.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in framing, decking, and exterior trim work.
- Firm understanding and experience with building codes and industry standards related to concrete flatwork, patios, stamped concrete, and pavers.
- Extensive knowledge of composite decking brands such as TimberTech and Azek.
- Expertise in hardwood materials for outdoor construction projects.
