Asembly line worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand tools and power tools. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly line process, ensuring that products are fabricated and assembled to meet quality standards.

Duties

• Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth assembly line flow.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment.
• Assist in the fabrication of parts as needed to support production goals.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required for assembly tasks.
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.75 - $16.33 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
