Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist

The Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving effective and efficient marketing campaigns through the use of automation tools. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing programs to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation principles and a proven track record of success in delivering results-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities :

• Create, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategy and business goals. This includes planning, segmentation, copywriting, deployment, and analysis.
• Design, build, and manage email and SMS workflows, landing pages, and forms.
• Conduct A / B testing on email and SMS campaigns to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and continually optimize results.
• Develop and maintain an organized email calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and adherence to deadlines.
• Design and build visually appealing email templates using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure email and SMS efforts seamlessly integrate with the broader marketing strategy.
• Build and optimize automated email and SMS workflows to nurture leads and guide customers through the buying journey.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform future strategies.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through automation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email and SMS marketing.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform usage and suggest innovative automation strategies.
• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with relevant regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Foster a culture of data hygiene and best practices in CRM platform.
