Volt is hiring a Claims Data Entry Coordinator for immediate hire with a TOP automotive manufacturing company in Fountain Valley. We have 8 immediate openings.
As a Claims Data Entry Coordinator you will:
- Claim Entry
- Process rental claim with specific retailer rental information
- Update tracking sheet with correct claim information (i.e. status, errors, etc.)
- Identify and assess gaps in returned rental claims
- Adhere to rental guidelines provided by management
- Data Validation
- Accurately identify data required for claim entry
- Format data based on WebDCS screen requirements
- Daily Operations
- Respond to incoming internal e-mails
- Conduct follow up contact with retailers requiring additional assistance
- Notify Manager(s) of escalations, including requests received directly from retailers
- Attend weekly rental status meeting
This position is temp for 6 weeks. Pay is $20-22/hr. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm and does require you work 100% onsite at the Fountain Valley facility. Expected start date is 1/6 but interviews will be held the week of 12/23.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 – 2 years of data entry experience is ideal
- Strong data entry skills
- MS Office proficient
- Complete Bachelors degree preferred (not required) as this will allow easy availability to move into other roles
Pay Rate: 20-22/hr
