Volt is immediately hiring for IT Implementation Engineer in Remote.

As an IT Implementation Engineer, you will :

• Engineering and implementing the following technologies : Broadband, Dedicated Internet Access, LTE services, Satellite Services
• Managing several projects simultaneously of various sizes and types.
• Familiar with telecommunication billing terminology
• Consulting with branch resources to define needs and requirements in accordance with established standards.
• Ordering and facilitating the installation of data services when applicable.
• Analysing location for upgrades of data services and ordering via vendor portals or process.
• Working with vendors to establish requirements needed based upon services to be installed.
• Ordering and coordinating the installation of required hardware needed in the building by the 3rd party vendors if applicable.
• Coordinating with networking engineers for upgrade of internet services
• Requesting and providing IP addresses, bind data and circuit information to activate network services.
• Communicating conduit, data, and fiber requirements to required parties.
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation and tracking of work-order activities in defined enterprise tools. To include completion of all tasks (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project).

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

Pay Rate : $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
