Volt is immediately hiring for An Accounts Payable position in LA Mirada,CA.
As an Accounts Payable you will :
- Posting Service Invoices for 10 – 15 entities
- Review 3-way match purchase invoices for approximately 20 vendors
- Maintain spreadsheets for monthly expenses such as rent, utilities, etc.
- Record weekly credit card charges
- Prepare for weekly check run, pull aging and invoices
- Scan checks with backup into Doclink
- Prepare checks for mailing
- Monitor Insurance renewals and be proactive in requesting renewal documents
- Provide spreadsheet to management for specials projects. An example is a weekly update on consulting dollars spent versus the contract.
- Process AR refund check requests
This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills :
Pay Rate : $24.00 to 26.00 per hour
