Volt is immediately hiring for  Accounts Receivable / Payable Clerk in Fresno, CA

As an Accounts Receivable / Payable Clerk you will :

• Process and post cash receipts, remote deposits, and collections.
• Set up new customer accounts and ensure compliance with credit insurance requirements.
• Verify and process invoices, ensuring accurate payment scheduling and authorization.
• Manage accounts receivable, including computing charges, issuing refunds, and identifying delinquent accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding balances, notify customers of insufficient payments, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accounting ledgers by accurately posting transactions and reconciling statements.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies by reviewing documentation and issuing necessary adjustments.
• Ensure financial security by adhering to internal controls and best accounting practices.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Contribute to team success by collaborating with colleagues and supporting continuous process improvements.

This is a Full Time Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have :

Pay Range : $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
