Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (In-Person)
Travel Requirements : Willing to travel 1-3 times per year (varies)
AS a Patient Coordinator :
- Patient Scheduling : Manage and coordinate appointments, including follow-ups and adjustments.
- Patient Support : Triage patient inquiries and needs, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Follow-Up : Maintain consistent communication with patients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to care plans.
- Patient Upsell : upselling additional treatments, and proactively reaching out to patients post-treatment to gauge interest in further services.
- Office Administration :
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
The ideal candidate will have :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or patient coordination roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Basic Requirements :
Pay Rate : $22.00-24.00 / hr
