Volt is immediately hiring for a Assembler and Test Specialist in Irvine, CA
As a Assembler and Test Specialist you will :
- Lead technician for the assembly of all product lines, including medical devices, bottled reagents, and reagent kits.
- Perform necessary quality inspections and testing for raw materials and assembled products.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and fine inspection equipment competently.
- Effectively interface with the Warehouse supervisor, Manufacturing Manager, Lab Team and QA / QC department to execute the manufacturing schedule.
- Create build tickets in company system
- Assist in the coordination of physical inventory
- Conduct duties in compliance with company QMS, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and industry standard GMPs.
- Conduct standardized cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods inventory.
- Prepare and track commercial and non-commercial shipments. (FedEx, UPS and DHL)
- Interpret and write internal documents in English
- Ensure personal and company compliance with local and federal regulators.
- Maintain a clean workstation and warehouse.
- Other ad hoc facility tasks as they arise.
- Assist with building maintenance

1st shift 7am-4 : 30pm
