Volt is immediately hiring for Assembly Workers in Fairfield Ohio
Clean, climate controlled work environment. Learn a new skill (wiring schematics and blueprint reading)
As an Assembler you will :
- Set-up and operates equipment, including tooling and controls.
- Read schematics and written instruction
- Makes necessary adjustments to tools and equipment
- Work in a warehouse or production setting
- Perform all quality checks on inventory / parts prior to assembly
- Learn to read electrical schematics and become familiar and skilled in usage of all tools required to wire gear.
- Wire Switch gear
- Perform basic to complex assembly
- Meet / Exceed production standards; hitting goals and working safely at every point in the manufacturing process
This is a Fulltime contract to hire opportunity.
1st 5am-3 : 30pm Mon-Thurs
2nd 6 : 30pm-5am Mon-Thurs
The ideal assembly candidate will have :
Pay Rate : $20 per hour 1st shift and $20 per hour Plus a $2 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift
