As Business systems analyst II, – You will :

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)

• Take initiative to develop a thorough understanding of business processes, best practices, and available supporting technology & documentation.
• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Drive the development and implementation of significant improvements to existing processes.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to document the key business goals and objectives for a new or existing process.
• Create detailed specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Participate in the Scrum and Agile software development process to facilitate progress, answer any questions and provide more detailed requirements as necessary.
• Collaborate with development teams to produce any required documentation or communications that may be necessary in support of the project including project status, project road map, release plan, etc.
• Create and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback for refinements.
• Assist the Help Desk with problem and incident management.
• Collaborate with the training team to support end user training, as necessary.

This is a Contract opportunity.

Location : Mechanicsburg, PA (3 days On site) - Hybrid role

Contract : 6 Month ( Conversion Full time Job)

Pay Rate : $55-60 Per hour.

Salary : $55 - $60
