Volt is immediately hiring for a CNC Machine Operators at Bloomington, IL.
As a CNC Machine Operators, you will :
- Set up and operate computer numerically controlled horizontal or vertical lathe or machining centre to perform machining operations.
- Write machine tool programs. Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece.
- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers.
- Verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications.
- Help run machines at the most efficient and productive manner to set production rates for those part numbers.
- Maintain clean and neat work area, including machine and floor. Required to have machine, floor and work area clean at the start of oncoming shift.
This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity.
Schedule : 1st : 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm / 2nd : 2 : 30pm-1 : 00am / 3rd : 9 : 30pm-6 : 00am Sunday – Friday.
