CNC Programmer

Volt is immediately hiring an  CNC Programmer  for a leading manufacturing company in Otay Mesa!

As a  CNC Programmer  you will :

• Study drawings and blueprints of components to be manufactured
• Determine required machines for process and plan order of work
• Use CAD / CAM software to program production machines
• Ensure tasks align with customer specifications
• Write, develop, and edit CNC programs for continuous improvements.
• Create instructions for machinists.
• Calculate where materials should be cut.
• Communicate with operators using the programs.
• Run simulations or tests to check completed programs.
• Prepare geometric layouts using proper software.
• Select necessary cutting tools.
• Analyze job orders and perform calculations.
• Write and modify programs for increased efficiency.
• Simplify tooling time and increase productivity.
• Make decisions to improve production efficiency

This is a  Full-Time Temp-to-Hire  Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have :

Schedule :  Monday-Friday 6am-2 : 30pm

Pay Rate :  $27.50-$29 per hour
