- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Respond to Contact Us inquiry emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Answer phones and resolve customer issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle front desk cash transactions with accuracy.
- Utilize strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
This is a Full-Time opportunity. Monday-Friday, Monday Friday, 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM -40 hours / week
The ideal candidate will have :
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
- A passion for helping others and a desire to grow with our company.
Pay Rate : $23 / hr.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
