Volt is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Rep I at Kent, WA.
As a Customer Service Rep I, you will :
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Monitor progress of delivery routes.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity.
Schedule : Monday- Saturday between 0500-1900. This will 5 days a week and 8 hours shift.
