Volt is immediately hiring for a Product Verification & Validation Engineer in Fuquay-Varina, NC
As a Product Verification & Validation Engineer, you will :
- Ensures that prototype components and machines meet durability and performance requirements at key stages of the Product Development Process.
- Decides upon appropriate tests to ensure durability and performance of new designs, developing new tests when necessary.
- Support the planning / execution of virtual analysis, laboratory testing, and field testing of prototype machines.
- Leads the team through root cause investigations and data gathering when prototypes fail tests.
- Applies mechanical and electrical engineering aptitude to assist design engineers, participate in design reviews, gather the right data, and design tests.
- Prepare tests or tests stands in readiness for new tests.

Pay rate : $37 / hr. to $42 / hr.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
