Volt is urgently hiring for a General Labor Associate in Willows, CA!
As a General Laborer, you will :
- Handle Fiberglass Products : Operate machinery to compress, wrap in polyurethane, and ship fiberglass products by bale loads fastened with plastic strapping.
- Work Rotating Shifts : Enjoy a balanced schedule with 12-hour shifts, working 14 days a month (7 daytime shifts and 7 nighttime shifts).
- Safety First : Utilize personal protective equipment including steel-toe boots, protective eyewear, ear plugs, hard hats, and optional face masks.
- Operate Packaging Equipment : Perform quality control inspections and problem-solving to ensure the safe and smooth operation of equipment, products, and yourself.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Shift : Rotating schedule

Pay Rate : $20 / hr
