As a Hot Inspector you will :
Inspect hot forged steel bars, billets, ingots and parts to ensure conformance to specifications by performing the following duties :
- Follow safe work practices, including safety rules and regulations
- Checks with forge department production schedule and travelers to determine which forging operation requires hot inspection to determine dimensions, mismatch allowance and document.
- Complete daily production reports
- Work with forge team
The ideal candidate will have :
- HS Diploma / GED 3 to 5 years related experience and / or training
- Mathematical Skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Work in extreme heat and loud noise environment
This is a Full-Time Opportunity.
Monday to Friday 6am-2 : 30pm W / Overtime
Pay Rate : $19-32 / hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
