As an Inventory Control Clerk – You are responsible for the following.
Job Description :
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
middot; Ensure all shipments are processed and notify relevant personnel of any issues.
middot; Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for international shipments.
middot; Pack goods according to specifications, transportation methods, and routes.
middot; Verify shipment details against relevant documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, orders) for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
middot; Affix shipping labels, identifying information, and instructions on containers.
middot; Post weights, shipping charges, and apply postage.
middot; Document and route incoming packages, and notify the supervisor of any damaged, excess, or misdirected goods.
middot; Maintain records and documentation for all shipments, both outgoing and incoming.
middot; Notify the supervisor when packing materials are low.
middot; Assist with inventory control as needed.
middot; Resolve shipping and receiving issues, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
middot; Ensure proper paperwork accompanies incoming inventory.
middot; Conduct cycle counts, and inventory as directed by the Inventory Control Supervisor.
middot; Compare identifying information and counts for Issues / Receipts and enter data into the IFS system.
middot; Process parts and paperwork for RMAs according to established procedures.
middot; Prepare parts for shipping and coordinate with QA as needed.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year related experience
Skills :
Pay Rate : $24 - $ 25per hour
