Volt is immediately hiring a Electronic Assembly Technician in Albuquerque, NM !
As an Electronic Assembly Technician you will :
- Reads and follows blueprints, work orders, specifications, and other instructions to build and assemble parts and equipment in an accurate and timely fashion. Must be able to read electrical schematics.
- Prepares parts for assembly for panel builds or cable builds and checks them against prints and work order
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments or assemblies under pressure while maintaining specified quality tolerances and adhering to assembly and safety procedures.
- Validate, verify build specifications, and resolve manufacturing problems by notifying Production Manager of required changes or need for additional resources.
- Operate cutting equipment while maintaining adherence to specifications.
- Maintain equipment in operating order per preventative maintenance schedule and requirements, troubleshoot malfunctions, calling for repairs when necessary.
- Maintains standards and clean working environment by complying with quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Document and validate on appropriate forms all procedures performed in building, validation, and testing.
- Experience in custom cable and panel building.
- Follows ISO procedures
- Participates in continues improvement.
Qualifications for this position :
Pay Range : $16-$19 per Hour
Hours : Monday-Friday 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm
