Volt is immediately hiring for an Accounting Specialist in Nipomo, CA.

As an Accounting Specialist you will :

• Process vendor invoices, payments (check runs), accounts payable, accounts received and procurement functions.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure accurate financial records, timely payments and efficient purchasing processes to support business operations.
• Reconcile accounts, handle vendors and customer inquiries.
• Manage collections and payment schedules.
• Create and manage PO’s, maintain vendor relationships, monitor inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery of supplies and materials
• Other task as assigned.

1st Shift | Monday - Friday 10AM-3PM with possibility of working Full Time

Pay rate : $26.00 - $29.00 / hr.
