About the Role
Volt is seeking a skilled Production Assembly Worker to join our team in Hopkins, SC.
This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that requires strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new tasks.
- You will be responsible for assembling chassis/cradles and circuit breakers on an assembly line using computer-displayed work instructions.
- Material handling responsibilities within the manufacturing facility will be part of your duties.
- Ensuring correct parts are kept in appropriate quantities to support production requirements is crucial.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- High motivation and self-direction with ability to work in a team environment.
- The ability to learn all jobs and stations within the group and rotate as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for shift duration and lift 35 lbs continuously.
- A good work/attendance record.
