Volt is immediately hiring for Business System Analyst in San Diego, CA
As a Business System Analyst in , you will :
Act as interface between IT and other business units / vendors / partners / affiliates / end users to provide resolution and coordinate the response of central IT resources to meet their IT needs based on knowledge of service management tools, enterprise software, systems and applications while ensuring business policies, standards and procedures are not compromised.
ServiceNow Report & Dashboard creation
Data Analytics for GBS & IT Leadership
Technical support & research
Track and log workflow process issues regarding onboarding / offboarding.
Correspond with each new hire / contingent worker to confirm successfully onboarding via the IT Liaison task generated under each FTE & CW onboarding request, initiate resolution action steps on any issue raised where necessary.
Facilitate daily scrum meetings with the GBS team on onboarding issues and work on resolving raised issues.
Attend cross-functional meetings as delegated.
This is a full-time opportunity.
Pay Rate : $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
- Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
