Duration: 12 Months
Location: Olathe, Kansas
Pay Rate: $17.75 - $19.75 per hour on W2.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Dock Associate you will be responsible for:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The dock associate is responsible for physically unloading and loading trucks while maintaining a high level of organization during a specified shift to ensure freight is properly loaded and unloaded to facilitate on-time, error-free deliveries.
- Requires sit-down forklift experience
- Has a positive attitude and provides courteous, friendly service to all internal team member and external customers, by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests.
- Knowledge of warehouse layout to access products and warehouse contents in efficient and timely manner.
- Loads and unload freight using suitable material – handling equipment safely and efficiently. Utilize RF scanner to allow package tracking to ensure on time, error free delivery.
- Maintain accuracy when sorting out packages based on customer and delivery routes.
- Safeguard cross dock operations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures and protocols.
- Ensures dock areas are clean and free of debris to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conducts daily inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, local and internal laws, regulations, and policies.
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members throughout dock to ensure continuously improving best practices and optimization of freight related arrangements.
- Protects company assets and confidential information in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
