Volt is immediately hiring an Engineer / Technical Buyer in Brownsville, TX, Bastrop, TX, or Hawthorne, CA.

This is a great opportunity to work for an aerospace manufacturer that is making news!

As an Engineer / Techncial Buyer you will :

• Use your engineering background to understand engineering drawings, machining, and metal fabrication to be able to identify procurement needs
• Issue purchase orders quickly and without error Ensure purchase orders are acknowledged by suppliersProcess improvement experience is a plus Obtain the original promise date from suppliersReview open order report and manage deliveries

This is a full time, contingent opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas :

Pay Rate : $35 / hour- $65 / hour
