Volt is immediately hiring for Equipment & Fleet Maintenance Manager in beautiful Brisbane, Ca.
This is a Full-Time / Direct Hire opportunity.
Location : Brisbane, CA 94005
Schedule : Typically starts between 3 / 4 AM. (Flexible work schedule)
Compensation : Up to $169,000 Annually
- Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

You're a highly experienced maintenance professional with a proven track record in fleet management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong mechanical background. Your leadership skills are top-notch, and you're comfortable managing a union workforce. Waste industry experience is a significant advantage. About the Role :
As an Equipment & Fleet Maintenance Manager , you'll be the driving force behind our maintenance operations, ensuring our fleet of 300 trucks and equipment is in top condition. You'll oversee a team of mechanics and container shop personnel, manage budgets, and collaborate with various departments. This role requires a strong leader who can hit the ground running, as training will be minimal. Waste industry, transportation, or related experience is a MUST.
