Facility Maintenance Technician

Position type : Full-time - Contract Duration : 12 MonthsLocation : Denver, PA 17517 As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will : Emphasis on warehouse maintenance experience.Ensure that all equipment is operating properly and safely.Perform periodic and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned and according to schedule. Desire skill sets include hydraulic, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance, major overhaul of equipment, fabrication of parts, air conditioning and heating system, and adjustment. Stay abreast of current technology regarding job duties.Perform inspection of doors and dock plates, and all other building and support areas. Recognize problems and repairs before breakdown occurs. Independently troubleshoot and make repairs.Maintain accurate repair records through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.Follow company policies and procedures. Ensure a safe work environment.Responsible for performing all job duties with honesty and integrity.Minimum Requirements : Must initially provide own hand tools - List will be provided.Ability to operate power equipment and hand tools, forklifts and pallet jacks and diagnostic equipment.Work environment may range in temperatures from 90 to 0 FMental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.Ability to read and comprehend all labelling on hazardous materials and equipment in the facilityNote : Successful candidate will be responsible for, according to level of experience and necessary licensing, repair and maintain facility and equipment including HVAC, conveyor systems, sanitation equipment, and material handling equipment and battery replacement.Shift : Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday 2nd shift, 2 : 30 PM – 11 : 00 PM AND Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday 3rd shift 10 : 30 PM - 7 : 00AM.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
