Volt is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Production Worker to join our team in Fairmont, MN. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating manufacturing and warehouse equipment, assisting with production area setup, and performing quality checks and visual inspection of materials.

Rotating 1st & 2nd Shift: Week 1 - 7a-3p, Week 2 - 3p-11p
Straight 3rd Shift: M-F - 11p-7a (Sunday night start)
Compensation and Benefits:
$16.50 per hour. Pay range may vary based on education, work experience, location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Volt offers benefits including health, dental, vision, term life, short-term disability, AD&D, 401(k), sick time, and other types of paid leaves as required by law.

- Operate manufacturing and warehouse equipment
- Assist with production area setup
- Perform quality checks and visual inspection of materials
- Prepare packaging materials and apply product identification labels
- Perform accurate data entry and document all transactions
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the entire shift
- Need minimum work direction
- Willing and able to stand/walk in a production environment for the entire shift
- Basic computer operation abilities
