Volt is hiring for a Graphics Coordinator in Burbank, CA.
As a Graphics Coordinator you will :
Serve as a liaison to the Lead Title Artist(s), assisting them with their influx of daily tasks in the Motion Graphics department. Tasks include but are not limited to :
- Intaking requests from multiple platforms
- Designating project assignments to Title Artists, scheduling and communicating graphic requests ensuring timely delivery
- Sending, uploading, and distributing offline and final graphic files under the direction of the Lead Title Artist or whomever is leading the project.
- Track the lifecycle of a motion graphics project from beginning to end under the direction of the Lead Title Artist or whomever is leading the project.
- Intaking requests and ensuring a timely delivery by prioritizing, designating, and effectively communicating with Lead Title Artist, Title Artists, Producers, Editors, and Stakeholders.
- Coordinate finishing requests between the Motion Graphics team, the Producing team, and the Finishing team.
- Transfer and upload final files to the Finishing team ensuring confirmation that all files are received and downloaded successfully.
- Coordinate the daily workflow of the Motion Graphics team, both in person and over Teams / Zoom. Assign team members to breakout rooms when warranted.
This is a full-time 23-month contract opportunity. This assignment is onsite 2 days a week in Burbank, CA. Specific onsite days will be decided by hiring leaders.

Pay rate : $27.00-$28.00 / hr Depending on Experience
