Volt is hiring for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and well-organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our clients Human Resources Department in Chatsworth, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute the company’s growth and success.
As a Human Resources Coordinator your responsibilities will include :
- Review and update job descriptions annually or as needed.
- Lead the full life cycle recruitment process, including posting ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies to communicate daily production staff demands.
- Manage the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and badge preparation.
- Facilitate benefits administration, including initial enrollment, open enrollment, and qualifying events.
- Maintain personnel documents, performance evaluations, health insurance, and training records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Oversee the monthly company newsletter and other mass email communications.
- Assist in conducting and resolving employee complaints and concerns.
- Support the exit process to address employee concerns properly.
- Handle administrative functions such as managing phone, mail, janitorial services, office supplies inventory, and billing requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Full Time Role Onsite Position
Hourly Pay : $23.00-$25.50
