Volt is immediately hiring a Inside Sales / Office Manager in Escondido, Ca.

Start and end times are somewhat flexible,  but normal timing would be from 8 : 00AM to 4 : 30 pm with a 30 min lunch and 2 15 minute breaks

As an Inside Sales / Office Manager you will :

• Will work directly in support of outside sales
• Responsible for customer service, customer communication, ordering and order entry
• Position will require customer service experience, and ability to build customer relationships.
• Position will require strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products (outlook, excel, word, etc) as well as strong phone skills
• Needs to be a strong communicator, and able to work with multiple teams (quality, warehouse, manufacturing) to support customer demands
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong time management skills
• Experience with Sage 90 / 100 helpful, but not mandatory (we will train)
• Ability to upsell and meet sales quotas.
• Assist Outside Sales with Prospecting new customers and new opportunities
• Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not necessary

This is a full time opportunity

The ideal candidate will have :

This candidate will be trained on our products and services, as well as the process in the office.

Strong problem solving skills and the ability to resolve customer demands and complaints are key.

Candidate will also be responsible for interfacing and negotiating pricing and delivery with existing suppliers.

Experience with international shipping (India) would also be helpful, but we can train if this is not a strong skill.

This position will also be responsible for some office management duties (interface with maintenance vendors, office supply ordering, scheduling of other customer service personnel and office management when general management is not on site).

This is an in-office position, 5 days a week.

Key holder position who would be responsible for open and close when management is not able to do so.

Pay range $28.00-30.00 / hr
