Volt is immediately hiring Java Software Engineer in Richardson, TX.
As Senior Java Software Engineer, you will :
We are looking for Java Software Engineer to support our teams in Richardson, Texas. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the world around you and contribute to classified programs and technologies you are passionate about. In this role, you will use your solid foundation in Java and experience working in a Linux environment to comprehend customer needs and translate those needs into viable design solutions
What You Will Do :
- Opportunity to use your understanding of software principles, theories, and concepts related to software engineering (including software development lifecycle and software development process), design patterns, and Object Oriented architecture.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Demonstrate your critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas well.
- Obtain and maintain SCI program access and complete polygraphs.
This is a 12 Month full time Contract or Contract to hire opportunity.
This position requires Active TS / SCI Clearance.
