What are the responsibilities and job description for the LAB Technician II position at Volt?
Volt is immediately hiring a Lab Tech II in Maplewood, MN , with a well-known industry leader.
This is a first shift position.
As a Lab Tech II you will :
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and experiments on industrial products, following established protocols and procedures
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate multiple pieces of equipment used in the preparation and testing of abrasive samples
- Prepare and characterize samples and resins using prescribed formulations and test methods while adhering to strict safety guidelines
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data accurately and efficiently
- Document and report test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing
- Maintain clean equipment and lab space for safe operation
Estimated Duration up to 24 months.
