This is a first shift position.
As a Lab Research Chemist you will :
Lead testing on a specific project, working with senior engineers to develop, test, and validate new methods for the re-qualification of existing products.
Implements new and existing test methods to perform physical, optical and mechanical analysis on films, adhesives, and non-woven materials as well as tape and dressing products
Supports method developers by actively engaging in communication related to testing and results, equipment issues, and workload progress.
Determines sample properties and whether the performance is correct and accurate. Record and report those results back to the method developers and cross-functional teams as needed.
Estimated Duration up to 24 months.
The ideal candidate will have :
Bachelor’s Degree in a science or engineering related discipline
Two years of job-related experience
Able to do Mechanical Testing
Pay Rate : $28.39 per hour
