Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Operations Specialist

Position type : Fulltime / Contract

Location : Pittsburgh, PA - 15262

Duration : 06 Months

Onsite

As an Operation Specialist, you will :

Process day to day responsibilities in Investment Operations.
Class Action Litigation payment and notification processing.
Check issuance and mailings.
Work independently as well as in a team environment.

Required :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance experience is helpful

Possess strong PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Skills :

Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timely.

Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communication

Experienced user of Microsoft Office products.

High organizational ability while being able to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency.

Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range

20.00- $22.85 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
