Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Oracle Cloud / PeopleSoft Benefits Specialist

Oracle Cloud / PeopleSoft Benefits Specialist you will :
The ideal candidate will have :
Serves on a team of Oracle Cloud experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of the Benefits module within the Oracle Cloud software.
During the implementation of the product, this person will be responsible for the build and configuration of all Benefits plans required at H H (Medical, Pension, Retirement Plans, etc.).
- Post go-live this position will provide post production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the software.
- This role will also provide internal customers Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) with the best possible solutions to utilize the system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support.
- This person Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ideal candidate needs to have extensive Oracle Cloud experience, with at least 3 implementations on the Benefits module;
- Needs to be able to provide PeopleSoft Benefits production support;
- Will be responsible for all testing phases and issue resolution for this engagement
- Will be working 100% remotely, no need to be local.
