Volt is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Processing Team Lead to join our client’s team in Simi Valley, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the order processing team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Hourly Pay: $18-$20/Hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the order processing team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and improve order processing workflows and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve order-related issues.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- High school diploma required, Associate's or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in order processing, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
