Volt is immediately hiring for Payroll Clerk in Selma, CA As a Payroll Clerk you will : Assist with payroll of Process weekly payroll for 900 employeesManage missing punches and timecard discrepanciesRun and review time detail reportsUpdate pay rates and employee informationAssist the Payroll Manager with payroll processing tasksEnsure accuracy and compliance with payroll-related tasksCommunicate with employees regarding payroll issues and concernsThis is a Full Time : Temp to Hire Time : Monday- Friday 7 : 00 AM- 3 : 30 PM with some potential for OT The ideal candidate will have the following requirements : At least 1-2 years of experience in high-volume payroll processingExperience with Paycom software (preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle payroll discrepancies and resolve issuesAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismStrong organizational and communication skillsMust pass a background check and drug screenHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPay Rate : $20.00-$23.00 per hour
