Volt is immediately hiring for a Post Solder Assembler in Gardena , California.
As a Post Solder Assembler, you will :
- Perform soldering operations on printed circuit boards, through-hole and SMT components, and wire harness assemblies.
- Work with fluxes, solder wires, and cleaning solvents in both lead and lead-free processes.
- Follow IPC 610 Class 3 Standards for soldering SMT devices and PCB assembly.
- Solder, route, and attach jumpers to PCB components using adhesives.
- Read and interpret datasheets, blueprints, ECNs, and assembly instructions.
- Use microscopes for soldering SMT devices and perform hot air rework.
- Maintain production standards and ensure quality in post-solder inspection.
This is a full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have :
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 1st shift (8 : 00?am - 5 : 00?pm)
Pay Rate : 18.00 - 21.00 per hour.
