Join Volt as a Manufacturing Mechanic and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production machines.
This position involves leading the Maintenance team, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor, operating and understanding various production machines, promoting safe operation of equipment, maintaining 5S initiatives, inspecting buildings and equipment, diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in electronics, motor controls, and PLCs, commercial electric knowledge, and manufacturing mechanical experience.
A strong understanding of general maintenance procedures, best practices, and techniques is also essential, along with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor and Production Manager.
